Notice is hereby given that Texarkana Urban Transit District (TUTD) will be decreasing the price of Student & Youth Monthly Passes from $30 to $20. Prices for all other monthly passes and tickets will remain the same. This will become EFFECTIVE: June 1st, 2015.
